Alexis has successfully overseen and completed luxury build-out projects for South Florida’s top builders, designers, and investors. His expertise lies in the integration of systems, orchestrating seamless construction processes, and ensuring exceptional quality throughout. Known for his innovative problem-solving skills and collaborative approach, Alexis consistently delivers projects, that exceed his client’s expectations.

Cindy Garcia-Lynskey

Lead Designer | Construction Manager

Cindy has 22 years of professional Interior Design, construction, and project management experience. She provides a range of professional services including interior design and architectural detailing, specifications, construction document development, project administration, and construction management for large-budget residential projects and commercial properties. Her work has not only graced the pages of Florida Architecture twice, including a prestigious cover feature, but it has also earned her a distinguished design award from UNIVISION.
